Chuck Hall, MSOD

I am a business coach and consultant committed to the well-being of leaders and their teams. I started my career in 1983 in ministry and social services before entering the corporate world in marketing and communications. Regardless of the roles I have worked in, I have always focused on the human element in business. I am known for telling my clients that "people care" is the primary responsibility of managers and leaders, and this the way I live my personal and professional life.

I have always known I am quite a bit different than most people. A few years back I found out just how differently I sense, process and live in the world when I received mental health diagnoses of Autism Spectrum as well as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). While I don't "recommend" these conditions, I can tell you that my Autism -- while filled with challenges -- also gives me some extraordinary abilities that I would not trade for anything. In addition, I have experienced tremendous post-traumatic growth which affords me insights into helping through their challenges.

Along with personal experience, I have established a strong foundation of education. When offered the opportunity by an employer to help fund an MBA, I instead persuaded them to support me in beginning my Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics (MSOD) at the University of Pennsylvania, an interdisciplinary program focused on leadership and the people side of organizations. I completed my master's after I started my own business in 2007. In 2022, I completed my training and passed my written and oral exams to become a certified peer specialist in mental health CPS-MH).

Today I am living a life focused on my values and purpose. I articulate my values in three clear words: Learn, Care, Act. (You can read more about them on my website. My purpose is to serve others on their journey through life by helping them be happy, be productive and do great things. If you would like to speak with me, I welcome the opportunity for us to meet. You can find time on my calendar here.
